Job Description:
•3-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance
•Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or an equivalent degree in an appropriate discipline
•Incumbent should be well versed in SQL Server 2005/2008 and .NET C#
•Writing and executing testing plans
•Have complete functional knowledge of all current and in-development applications
•Fully responsible for effectiveness of testing results and defect-finding efficiency
•Attend all appropriate design meetings to give (recommend quality improvements, testability issues) and receive/disseminate test and project information
•Must have strong interpersonal skills to maintain a cohesive team in achieving their goals
•Should be able to foster innovation and participation in continuous process improvement
•Experience of formal technical reviews will be a definite plus
•Extensive experience in blackbox testing
•Experience in using automated testing tools
•Experience in stress and performance testing desired, but not required.
