They are currently looking for a Branch Manager (Country Manager) for one of their offices in Dubai. The Branch Manager is primarily responsible for developing new business. They will oversee all sales, internal service and operational activities and will be responsible for the maintenance of the branch’s physical facility and performance of all branch staff. The Branch Manager will also be primarily accountable for planning (internal and external business development action plans), retail sales, commercial sales, customer service, branch operations and administration. To be considered for this position, you will be degree educated and have 8 to 10 years related banking experience with around 3 years in a similar position as a Branch Manager of a major branch. You must be familiar with local laws and regulations and have excellent English and Arabic communication skills, both written and oral. Extremely well-developed customer service, marketing and management skills are critical together with a level of computer skills commensurate with this position.
