Job Description:
Our client, a government entity based in the UAE, is currently looking for a suitable candidate for the role of Specialist – Property Database. The objective of the role will be to plan, design, develop and maintain a consolidated property registration database for all municipalities as well as to provide support to the users of the database.
Reporting to the Divisional Manager, your responsibilities will encompass coordinating with the property registration division within the municipalities for collection of respective data; coordinating with the System Administrator and the IT section for the planning, design and implementation of the database; providing input in developing policies for managing, updating and maintaining the data and preparing reports on the performance / maintenance of the property registration database and overall issues faced by the municipalities. To qualify for this position, you will be required to have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science as well as 4-6 years of relevant experience preferably within a government or public sector organization. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential.
