Qualification:-LLB (Law Graduates)

Experience/Skills:- 4 to 6 years of Experience in litigation, recovery, banking matters in local/civil courts. Must be able to draft plaints, written statements and pleadings, handle evidences, witnesses, arguments and execution of decree, and attachment proceedings independently.
