Job Description:
Position Purpose: Assiting the Project Manager in Insurance/Savings Business Area. The individual will be required to provide analytic and systematic support in designing and implementing various insurance/savings products, processes, procedures, flows and also manage various reporting requirements.

Degree(s)/Major(s): Master’s/MBA
Experience Required: More than 2 years of experience (with Telco’s preferred) in business planning/product development area
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the business and product requirements
- Working with other business partners (insurance companies) and departments (Marketing, Sales and Distribution, Call Center, Pricing, Reporting, Systems & Processes, Technical, IT etc.) for development & implementation of insurance/savings product related processes and procedures
- Assist in training and educating the sales and distribution (agent) network on insurance/savings products
- Managing a close relationship with the insurance service partners to achieve efficiency and meet TATs
- Closely interacting with relevant departments and partners on policy servicing and claims
- Execution and follow up targets, milestones, goals (including financial contribution)
- Assisting in Steercom/MMU updates and reporting
- Execute, follow up and/or participate in the geographical/localized activities to achieve sales targets
- Delivering Presentations/Reports on Product performance, gaps, ideas for enhancing revenue and meeting targets
- Indentify new segments for existing/new products through market/desk research
- post-launch product/segment analysis
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
- Familiarity with developing business cases (looking at cost drivers and revenue drivers)
- Telco/Banking Business knowledge
- Understanding of financial products (specially savings and insurance)
- Ability to devise business model
- Market Planning
- Hands on experience of marketing management (pricing, branding)
- Understanding of channels
- Product development and management
