Job Description:
We are looking for a Western educated or Arab native ICT Change Manager for one of our clients. Candidates must come from a high level ITIL corporate environment. The candidate will be responsible for release and configuration of ICT services.

Candidates must have a minimum of four years working with ITIL change management projects and be ITIL practitioner certified. As the ICT Change Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of ICT services and strategy. Experience in running CAB meetings is essential. Only candidates based in the UAE with over five years continuous experience working as an ICT Change Manager will be considered. Arabic speaking candidates will have a distinct advantage.
