Job Description:
CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE MANAGER – Dhs 45,000/-. A Government entity providing solutions to companies for setting up business in the UAE requires a Customer Care Center Manager for their Abu Dhabi operations.

Will beresponsible for leading and developing the team of various departments like call centre, service centre, travel centre etc and actively involve in setting, planning andimplementing departmental goals. Experience in managing teams using call centreplatforms and CRM technology will be an advantage. Specific experience of CISCO and Seibel is desirable.
