Cash Officers – State Bank of Pakistan

Job Description:
SBP Banking Services Corporation (SBP-BSC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of State Bank of Pakistan. As an operational arm of the State Bank, SBP-BSC is actively engaged in managing currency and foreign exchange operations; providing reliable banking services to the government, financial institutions and general public; implementing export refinance scheme; managing sale/purchase of prize bonds/ other national saving schemes and extending support to the State Bank in achieving the strategic objectives through its 16 Filed Offices across the country.

As part of ongoing change management process and drive for strengthening its human resources, SBP Banking Services Corporation is looking for outstanding and talented individuals to join the Bank as Cash Officers on contract-basis at its Muzaffarabad & Dera Ismail Khan Offices only.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science from the universities/institutes recognized by HEC. The applicants will have to attache the attested copy of relevant testimonials as proof of completion of degree.

Domicile/Place of Posting

The positions are available at Muzzaffarabad and Dera Ismail Khan offices only and are NOT transferable to any other city. Only eligible Candidates having domicile of Muzaffarabad and Dera Ismail Khan and surrounding areas of the above two cities will be considered.

Age:

Maximum 30 years as on last date of submission of application.

Selection:

Eligible candidates will be required to take a comprehensive written test. Candidates who qualify the written test will be invited to appear before an interview panel.

Selected candidates will be offered to work on Cash offices on contract basis initially for a perid of two years renewable subject to their performance and organization needs.

Pre-Induction Training

4-6 weeks residential training in “Banking and Cash Operations”

Compensation Package

Competitive market salary. Reasonable increase in salary will be allowed upon renewable of contract.
Medical facility for self, wife and dependent children as per SBP-BSC rules.
