Job Description:
Under the leadership of the Program Manager and the direct supervision of the Field Coordinator and/or Team Leader

- Plan and coordinate social mobilisation activities in emergency response

- Conduct field surveys on need assessment

- Plan and coordinate emergency relief act ivies as result from field surveys

- Conduct beneficiaries selection with community participation

- Plan and coordinate activities in emergency shelter ensuring community participation in shelter site definition, shelter construction ensuring full integration with technical activities

- Monitor relief implementation with field surveys

- Contribute to training need assessment and training activities

- Facilitate strategy and implementation of cash for work activities

- Provide support and reference to Senior Social Mobilisation

- Contribute to developing social mobilisation activities guidelines, training curricula, information material

- Assist in Monitoring, evaluate and report back on social mobilisation activities.

- Identify and document emerging issues and possible solutions as well as good practices
