Job Description:
Chief Estimator required with my client in Dubai, a leading locally owned contractor. The purpose of the role is to establish and manage the running of the Quantity Surveying and Estimation department, whilst remaining technically hands-on. You will be heavily involved in tender documentation and risk assessment, whilst recruiting key members of the team.
