Job Description:
The incumbent will be responsible to provide guidance/support with regard to policy/procedures/prudential regulations to branch in smooth functioning of operations & ensuring compliance
Ensure customer service standards are maintained & issues/queries relating to Branch Banking Operations are properly logged & resolved
Make sure of rectification of issues/findings with respect to internal control environment raised by regulatory inspections or external and internal auditors
Build capacity of branch operations staff for improved employee performance & enhanced branch efficiency productivity
Act as the focal point for implementation of changes in procedures and processes due to products, system, regulation & technology
Maintain feedback loop with respective corporate office functions for continuous enhancement required for improved efficiencies of process and Procedures
The position reports into the Regional Business Manager
The Candidate:
The candidate should ideally have 5 years of experience in Branch Banking Operations with 2 years having served as Branch Operations Manager
Should Possess a post-graduate degree in Banking/Finance/Commerce from a recognized university
Must have good Managerial, Leadership and Management Skills
Knowledge of Banking/Prudential regulations is a must
Ability to adopt to automated environments, Banking system implementation experience will be an added advantage
Must be proficient in using MS Office Applications
Preferably be below 35 years of age, and should be comfortable with extensive travel

Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Multan and Sukkur.
