Head of Customer Marketing at FMCG in Karachi

Job Description:
Drive business planning process. Develop go to market plans for new product launches, Pro-actively Manage retail & wholesale channels, Manage category management projects, Generate retail Environment specific shopper and trade insights, etc.

Primary Responsibilities:
Identify focus channels for customer marketing initially
Develop customer marketing programs for retail environment
Set up a process for budgeting and planning of CM activities

Qualification:
MBA (IBA, LUMS, CBM) with high GPA
Good working knowledge of computers

Meeting Challenges

Experience:
6-8 years in similar capacity
(Experience in Coke, Pepsi, UniLeverPakistan, P&G would be preferred)

Age: 35-40
