Job Description:
* Trainee Officer will be provided exposure of Branch Banking operations.
* They will be trained and given responsibility for back office functions including client due diligence, opening of client accounts, handling client queries and complaints, processing clearing / collection transactions and mainstream records.
* Other areas include handling the cash transactions, including cash deposit, withdrawal, recoveries and reconciliation, safe keeping of cash and cash equivalents, preparing accruals, prepayments and accounting documents, cash flow projection for disbursement and operating expenses, bank accounts and fixed assets records and reconciliations, management of petty cash float, safe custody, legitimate usage and accounting entries.
The candidate:
* The incumbent should have strong desire to advance in banking operations career with ability and commitment to interact with clients.
* Preferably a fresh graduate, with specialization in either commerce / finance / accounting having a good academic record.
* Be less than 30 years of age and willing to relocate any where in the country. Able to communicate orally and in writing in Urdu 7 English, knowledge of additional regional languages will be an added advantage.
* The candidate is PC-literate with inclination to work in a technology-driven environment.
