RESPONSIBILITIES
To Control manage and regulate the financial transactions of the Company  coupled with the management of the business inclusive of all such other matters as may be ancillary thereto. In precise he should be capable to break the bottle concerning legal problems or otherwise within the ambit of the covering Government SRO as are issued from time to time and interact  be competent to handle all such legal issues as may arise in matters of distribution agreements and others pertain able to the company – In nutshell he shall fully preserve the sacrosanctness of law in the sphere of his responsibilities as may be cast on him to shoulder.
