Job Description:
Voice Services Specialist will ensure achievement of voice services KPIs/KQIs by coordinating and following up with various units within TD and CD.
Reports To Manager Voice and Data Services;
Work Location: Islamabad
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years
Key Responsibilities
• Follow up on all Voice Services KPI/KQI
• Ensure timely closure of CRD TT and analysis of recurring issues
• Co-ordination with vendors for fault identification and rectification. Problem synthesis & reporting.
• Execution & Follow up of Work orders for expansion activities.
• International Roaming Testing and coordination with roaming partners for trouble shooting.
• Traffic report analysis in order to identify KPI deviation and capacity issues.
• Ensure SLA compliance toward vendor as well as internal stakeholders.
• Ensure TL9000 compliance for Core Operations.
• Responsible for regular Operations and Maintenance of Telenor’s Core Network Entities.
Education/Professional Qualification
1. B.E (Computer/Electrical/Electronics)
