Excellent organization and communication skills.
Demonstrates talent for writing about technology issues for both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work independently, functions effectively as a member of a team, and adheres to strict deadlines.
Must be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends.
Coordinate and prepare responses to request for proposals (RFPs)
Gather, organize, write, edit and deliver winning RFP responses
Review all proposal submissions for completeness and compliance with the solicitation and provide re- write/edits as necessary
Conduct research/analysis on prospective clients, competitors, markets and industries
Assist business development team with sales proposals and presentations where necessary

Required Skills
Strong writing, research and communication skills
Proven ability to write about complex subject matter targeting a non-expert audience
Able to work independently and function effectively as a member of a team
Adept at handling multiple simultaneous projects with strict deadlines

Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, marketing plus 2-4 years of experience
Demonstrated expertise in written communication on a professional level
Experience with common concepts, practices, and procedures within the desktop publishing field
Excellent time management skills
Demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams
Experience developing technical proposal responses
