HIS Head of Project Planning

Requirement summary:
- Masters/ bachelors degree in  business administration , computer science or related disciplines with 10 years of experience in IT with concentration on IT project planning and project management.
- Must possess strong background working inside a PMO in a leadership position.
- Proficient in developing roadmaps for IT projects in a healthcare environment including  developing and managing and training on project schedules for all IT projects of the hospital applying the Project governance adopted.
- Knowledge of JCI accreditations is preferable.  Arabic will be advantageous.

Skill Summary:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, computer science, or related disciplines.
• Ten years experience in IT with concentration on IT Project Planning and Project Management.
• Certifications in Project Management /Quality Management are mandatory. JCI Accreditations preferred.
• Must possess strong background in developing roadmaps for IT projects, developing and managing project schedules for all IT projects of the hospital applying latest project planning technologies.
• Must perform duties that mainly involve IT projects planning, utilizing resources in the context of Project Management Processes, Change Management and other IS processes, designing portfolios and coordinating with sections/ departments of the hospital.
• Ensure that project plans are comprehensive and addresses all the key requirements of the hospital in a growing corporation such as HMC.
• Document project planning according to international standards.
• Work with external integrators/consultants in planning large projects.
• Provide senior management with updates on current vs. future IT project plans.
• Excellent skills in organization, prioritization, autonomous practice, conflict management and analysis of effectiveness and efficiency of the program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Must be fluent in spoken and written English language. Arabic language is a plus.

Experience from HealthCare is must.
