Health Information System Specialists

Requirement Summary:
• Masters/Bachelors degree in informatics , computer science or related field with at least 10 years of experience in enterprise hospital patient/clinical/ERP system development and implementation having substantial knowledge in the business operations of various areas of the hospital. Must have heavily participated in implementation of at least two life cycle projects in a hospital in above mentioned areas . Implementation experience of Cardiology Information systems/solutions preferred. Strong understanding of Business and operational workflows of a multi-site healthcare environment. Knowledge or Arabic will be an added advantage.

Skill Summary:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics, computer science, or related disciplines.
• Ten years IT healthcare experience five of which are in enterprise hospital patient / clinical/ ERP systems development/ implementation experience.
• Certifications in Project Management/Quality Management/JCI Accreditations are preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in implementing software systems, leading / managing hybrid implementation teams in a healthcare domain.
• Must have heavily participated in the implementation of at least three (3) life-cycle projects of world-class healthcare software in an enterprise hospital environment with key concentration on Oracle ERP or SAP ERP, Radiology, Cardiology, Pharmacy, Laboratory, PACS, etc.
• Experience in implementing enterprise solutions that cross technological segments including .NET, JAVA and C++
• A highly technical and result-oriented leader experienced in determining goals and matching those with customer requirements and product implementation roadmaps.
• Proven track record of establishing software engineering processes that result in dramatically improved product quality, predictable schedules and short cycle times.
• Must have working experience in project documentations including technical documentations, plans, policies and procedures, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Must be fluent in spoken and written English language. Arabic language is a plus.

Experience from HealthCare is must.
