Job Description:
- Organize and direct the operations of an Information Technology function.
- Manage and coordinate the technical operations and troubleshooting for complex, networked information technology equipment and systems. Analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions and implement recommendations in support of goals.
- Interpret and apply Company and Department policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
- Prepare and administer a budget. Analyze and prepare technical reports. Read and comprehend technical reports and diagrams.
- Manage multiple tasks. Organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing in English.
- Maintain the confidentiality of information.
Skills Required:
- Previous experience in MS Windows Server 2000/20003 Active Directory Environment and Experience with MS Exchange 5.5 or 2000 or 2003
- Experience with management of databases such as Oracle, SQL, or Foxrpo.
- Experience with server, PC and laptop hardware.
- Principles and practices of computer systems operation and support in an open systems environment for operating systems, server equipment and networks.
- Local and wide area data communications including internet access, routers, proxy servers.
- Budgeting procedures and techniques.
- Principles and practices of supervision, training and personnel management.
- Good oral and written command of the English Language.
