Job Description:
Should have a Master degree in Human Resources from a renowned local or foreign university.
Should be in the age group of 30-40 years.
Should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience with a reputed company, preferably pharmaceutical company, out of which at least 5 years at senior position.Skills Required:
- Be fully conversant with labor laws and modern practices of industrial relations, human resource.
- Be a team player and have the ability to lead and motivate high caliber team.
- Have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
