Must be Computer Science graduate. An additional businessdegree will be preferred.
Must be less than 40 years old 
Must possess a strong software development background usingthe current tools and technology
A good understanding of databases with sufficient exposure tobackend database programming.
Overall 5+ years relevant experience with 2+ years experienceas a Manager in a similar domain
Most of the relevant experience must be in the Bankingindustry
Must have good people management skills as well as excellentskills in interacting with end users
