Application Support Analyst , UAE

Job Description:
For a large JAFZA-based multinational. Reporting to the Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for the efficient support of group applications and responding to issues logged with the helpdesk as well as assessing business impact and priority.
You will test software fixes and other solutions, facilitate solutions delivery, provide local incident reporting and perform in the field, troubleshooting duties when required. You will have knowledge of MOVEX and have good SQL skills. Knowledge of ITIL best practices for Service Support an advantage. You must be a business performance focused individual with exceptional customer service skills. You must have a supportive and constructive approach with knowledge of business and application processes.APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST – JAFZA. Up To Dhs 14,000.
