Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Building cash flow models for real estate development in the feasibility stages, and then updating and refining them against actual experience as the projects progress.
Experience Required:
8-12 years of Project Costing for Real Estate Development

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (List in order of importance):
* Real Estate Industry background is mandatory!
* Candidate must understand the importance of cash flow at the project level.
* In order to accomplish these deliverable, candidates must have exposure to typical systems tools used in the industry such as job cost accounting.
* The candidate must understand the typical procurement techniques used in the industry, such as various contract forms ( lump sum, cost-plus, guaranteed maximum price, unit price, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS
Education Required: B.S. Degree required. MBA/CPA plus.
Reports to Senior Deputy Director
Will NOT consider someone who meets most but not all requirements.
