Job Description:
A new Micro finance Bank requires qualified candidates for the post of Managing Director / CEO.

In addition to setting the overall strategic direction and vision for the bank, the CEO

will oversee the day to day activities of the bank to ensure operational effectiveness and

achievement of organization goals.

Candidates will need to demonstrate drive, innovation and vision in tackling the

sustainable Micro finance challenge in Pakistan.

* A good first degree with relevant professional and/or post graduate qualifications
* Minimum of 10 years relevant working experience in the financial services industry
* Excellent working knowledge of micro finance banking industry
* Outstanding leadership quantities and notable business development imperatives
