Job Description:
An international architectural practice is looking for a Design Director to join their expanding team in Abu Dhabi. Their work encompass architecture, sustainable design, urbanism, master planning, interior design and research and development. They are made up of almost 1000 Architects & Designers working on projects in over 20 countries worldwide.
It is essential that you are an experienced leader within the architectural industry and have previously been responsible for leading and motivating a team of architects. The Design Director will possess extensive experience in all phases of the design process with excellent project management, client coordination and people management skills. To be considered for this position, you must have at least 15 years experience, which should have been gained within a global design environment, with major exposure to high rise and mega projects. It is essential you have a relevant Degree in Design and ideally a Master’s Degree or a further qualification.
